Information you provide
If you contact the company by email, the company receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, name, message, and attachments. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Inquiries sent to the published contact address are handled through Gmail, a Google service. Google processes the sender and recipient addresses, message content, and any attachments to deliver and store the correspondence. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Technical information
Buyer Notebook is hosted through Lovable and delivered using Cloudflare’s global network. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to route, deliver, and protect requests, which can include IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser and device information, and security data. Cloudflare states that it processes customer traffic for service delivery and does not sell personal data it processes on a customer’s behalf. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and GDPR information.
Privacy-choice records
The site stores your analytics and advertising choices, the date of your choice, and the notice version in your browser’s local storage. This necessary record is configured to expire after 180 days. When it expires, optional categories return to off until you choose again.
Optional analytics and advertising
Support is prepared for Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel, but these tools are not currently enabled because no tracking IDs are configured. If enabled later, the relevant optional technology will load only after the corresponding consent. Analytics consent alone does not enable advertising tracking.
Before any optional tool is activated, its actual network behavior, cookies or other storage, purpose, and retention information will be tested and reflected in this policy and the cookies page.
Why information is processed
Information is processed to deliver and secure the website, remember privacy choices, respond to email inquiries, maintain business records, and, only when enabled and consented to, measure website use or advertising campaigns.
Service providers and international processing
Lovable provides the managed website hosting, and Cloudflare provides global delivery, performance, and security infrastructure. Google provides Gmail for correspondence sent to the published contact address. These providers may process information in countries outside the visitor’s location. Cloudflare and Google publish information about their international-transfer safeguards, including applicable data-transfer frameworks and contractual protections, in their privacy and compliance materials. Optional analytics and advertising providers are not currently active.
Retention
Email correspondence in Gmail is kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and relevant business or legal obligations. The privacy-choice record expires after 180 days unless withdrawn earlier. Technical hosting and security information is retained under the applicable Lovable and Cloudflare service settings and policies. Optional provider retention does not apply while those tools remain disabled.
Your choices and requests
You can use Privacy choices in the footer to review or withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking and the site attempts to remove optional cookies under its control. It cannot erase information a provider received before withdrawal, and browser or provider limitations may prevent complete cookie removal.
Supported Global Privacy Control signals keep advertising tracking disabled and override a stored advertising acceptance. You may also email babayoff.shlomi@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

Links to third-party websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information or completing a transaction.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be revised when changes are finalized. Material changes to optional processing will require an updated choice where appropriate.
